I just had the best blood draw! Emily was good natured, interactive, enthusiastic about her profession and was smiling and helpful throughout. Her draw was done well with almost no pain. I so appreciated her! Thank you Emily for making the dreaded draw a good process!

The receptionist Caitlyn was so over the top rude. We walked out and i didnt even get my labs done that i needed. I have to wait another week for someone to take me to the other side of town. So i waited as there was only one other person in there ahead of me and he walked away and she said he was all set. Front desk lady with hair in an updo was not nice! She told me I couldn’t have blood drawn because I wasn’t fasting. I left and messaged my doctor. My doctor said I did not need to fast for tests. Went back today, and the same lady didn’t like what I was saying about my doctor telling me I didn’t need to fast.. She said, “I’m the lab!” She was abrupt and cut me off mid sentence. Unhelpful and frosty receptionist. I arrived 10 mins early for my appointment but had forgotten the paperwork from the other lab branch (they said they were going to FAX the forms to the south airport rd branch). Receptionist claimed not to be able to see the lab orders. I could have gone home and got the paperwork in less than 15 mins but she said I would have to reschedule. I won’t go back there!
