I had to wait almost 90 minutes for a blood draw. I didn’t know you need to make an appointment to get in more quickly
The phlebotomist was great, efficient, pleasant, professional. The receptionist has taken surly passive aggression to new heights. She must lie awake at night dreaming of the opportunities she'll have at work the next day to snarl at people, and order them to "step back to the sign until you're called". The place was empty. Then she called out loudly "I can help whoever is next". I was the only person there. I needed the draw done today or I would have walked out. I'm very sorry for the other people who work there.
I just had the best blood draw! Emily was good natured, interactive, enthusiastic about her profession and was smiling and helpful throughout. Her draw was done well with almost no pain. I so appreciated her! Thank you Emily for making the dreaded draw a good process!

The receptionist Caitlyn was so over the top rude. We walked out and i didnt even get my labs done that i needed. I have to wait another week for someone to take me to the other side of town. So i waited as there was only one other person in there ahead of me and he walked away and she said he was all set.
