I absolutely adore my Rheumatologist, Dr. Katrina M Lawrence-Wolff, DO. I hate to mention her name as she is so booked up with appointments it is difficult to get in, but she is so intelligent, informed, timely, and just plain awesome!!
Very poor experience. Incredible lack of professionalism from the provider I saw. Provider and staff making fun of patients, with very dismissive and judgemental comments. No excuse for this type of conduct.
I was very nervous going into this appointment. My mind was immediately put at ease as soon as I walked into the office. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Dr. Ladd exceeded every single one of my expectations. He spent so much time listening to my history and symptoms, did a thorough examination and talked me through my fears of treatment with so much compassion and empathy. I cannot say enough how thankful I am.
