Staff (esp. Autumn) was extremely helpful as I was from out of town with a broken CPAP part (and I interrupted lunch ). Other large supplier wouldn’t even talk to me since I wasn’t an existing patient. Bear in mind if you’re in a bind like I was you may have to pay retail, I was just happy to not have another night without it.
Looking for an adjustable bed for back issues and surgery however, do not want a clunky hospital bed. Seems no on can help me. No one answers the phone and no one ever responds. Looks like I go to a competitor? Nah, simply bought an electric adjustable bed frame for my foam mattress on line. Not expensive and I’ll keep it. Why bother renting N uncomfortable hospital bed?

Great experience. Chris was so helpful when I forgot the water chamber to my c-pap. Had a new one in just minutes.
