I tried to use this home health care company. I waited 2.5 weeks after a referral was sent hoping they would reach out. I finally reached out to them to be told the care could not be provided due to staffing shortages. I find it very unprofessional that I was not contacted to be told this. I was waiting to set up care for an individual and could have been looking else where if I'd known they weren't able to help.
