My boyfriend just had hernia surgery and there's a lot about home care that can be confusing and scary. I was so relieved to be able to get a hold of someone late at night to answer our questions. Thank you for saving us a panicked ER visit lol

Thurs.Jan. 2, 2025 I cancelled an appointment with my PCP, too ill to leave the house. The nurse said she would get a nurse to triage symptoms. That nurse made an appt . In Grayling. I was too weak to go around the corner to PCP in Roscommon, but expected to keep an appointment in a town north of where I live!?!?!? My symptoms are the same my husband is being treated for, by the same PCP!?!! I asked to have Dr Thornton prescribe for me, was sent in this infinite circle of NO treatment. Not happy, would not recommend. .

I have called a few times for my baby and the nurses are always friendly, knowledgeable, and take their time. This is a valuable service. Thank you.

Have utilized this service many times, extremely helpful when you have a sick young child as a first time parent. Keep doing what you're doing guys this is fantastic work you do.

I was suffering a breakdown, long time coming... But Cheryl at Ask-a-Nurse convinced me to get into the ER. 3 day stay. I got good coping skills, a new med regimen, daily goals, new doctors... I'm feeling more hopeful for the however many years I walk this planet. Cheryl, I told you and a coworker about the horrible treatment I received when calling AAN.... Monitor. We continue to need people like you☮️♥️🎸🌛🙏🤟
