Munro’s Drywall has been fantastic to work with. He has done great work for me and for my clients, and everyone I’ve referred has been really happy with the results. On a recent project, I got multiple quotes, and Munro’s quote was the most reasonable and felt the most honest and realistic. The pricing made sense, and the communication was clear. I’ve actually known him from back in the day and have watched him build his business from the ground up. It’s been really impressive to see the growth over the years, and it shows i... read more

The two stars (instead of one) is for the service their office manager Kim provided. I’m appreciative that she answered the phone and helped us as much as she could. The workmanship and timeline was a bad experience. In the end we gave up and asked for discounts from the original quote instead of asking them to fix any more mistakes. Clean up could have been better from mudding and taping or prevention of the mess at that. it was insane how much of a mess was left behind. But more so we didn't notice how badly the flooring and underlay was laid (for the second time) until we had to pull it all up a month later due to our hot water tank leaking and it all seeped through. We weren't there to watch them step by step as we were at work. Underlay was a patch work job at best and not taped in most parts. Rendering the waterproofing of the underlay useless.

I recently completed a legal basement renovation with Munro Drywall, and the experience exceeded my expectations. From our first conversation to the final walkthrough, the entire team showed professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail that’s not always easy to find. They communicated clearly, respected timelines, and were always upfront about costs and expectations. Their consistency gave me confidence throughout the process. A major strength of Munro Drywall is how well the team works together. Everyone played an impo... read more
