The surety bond department is absolutely amazing. I gave 3 stars bc their insurance company is NOT amazing. If you need a surety bond, I highly recommend them. The folks in this department had my bond within 24 hours, called me back during the process to make sure some of the information was correct before issuing. Then a few weeks later NY state asked that the bond be revised to their needs. I spoke with Matt who was all over it.
