Do NOT under any circumstances bring your vehicle to this shop. This is the model of a corrupt and predatory business. My story's too long to recount--suffice to say that when confronted with two obvious misstatements or lies, they directly denied saying everything they said to me on the phone the day before. Avoid at all costs (or it will cost you)!
The owner of this shop is a fraud. I recently sent my girlfriend to have a simple retention pulley looked at, and nothing else. When she returned, in tears might I add, she told me that they charged her $10 to tighten a belt (that was already tight and verified by a prior mechanic shop) as well as drained the freeon from the A/C system while saying it was already empty.
