We thought we had a wonderful experience with Munnik until after our bid was accepted. After living in our house for a year we came across several health and safety violations that were completely missed. Very obvious and expensive things that should have been caught immediately. We used the inspector that was recommended to us by Amy. Amber Munnik and her team were exemplary. The helped my mother buy a new home and also helped me sell another. They all were so kind and quick to help and got our property sold quickly and without any real pain. Her and her crew went above and beyond in so many ways that I wouldn’t be able to even list them all. Amber is the best!!!! She made our first time buying a house a breeze!! She was super quick to respond and get us in houses we wanted to see and very patient when we would spring new houses on her at the last second! There was always a smile on her face and she was so easy going! She also kept our kiddos distracted so we could really look at the houses! We would choose Amber again and again!!!!!
