I feel that Dr. Bakshi and his office staff means well and they do well under most circumstances, however; the office seems understaffed or morale seems to be declining in my last two visits. Dr. Bakshi seems to be carrying a lot of responsibility so I rely on messages through the portal in-which he is very responsive. Since co-vid crisis many services and quality have declined. Now that temple is operating this family medicine practice this office will effervescent in a minute.
