Horrible. I had carpal tunnel surgery in August 2023 that did not repair the problem. Several weeks ago another doctor performed tests that confirmed that the carpal tunnel still existed. Shah’s attitude was arrogant and condescending. Looking to try to find whether or not there is a solution - very disappointed with the whole situation!!!

Dr. Shah is an abrupt doctor with a rushed, indifferent bedside manner. His office is very close to home which is the only reason I went to him. He was sufficient with intra-articular steroid injections. Beyond that, when presented with injuries to both of my hands, he did not respond with an appropriate treatment plan. I do not recommend him for anything that could be serious and would affect your mobility.

I felt he was rude and condescending. The one positive result from my appointment was that he put a name to my issue. He said he could do corrective surgery, but when I asked more specific questions his answers were short and I got the feeling he didn’t like having his reputation questioned. I had felt uncomfortable at our initial appointment and didn’t quite understand why certain tests were needed and when I questioned, his answers seemed vague. At our follow up I also felt that he didn’t like to have to explain since HE w... read more

He was rude and did nor fix my problem, he saw me for 5 minutes, was rude when I asked questions, gave me an injection for pain, bur never told me that the pain will come back. I will never go back to him. It was a horrible experience

In 2018 I consulted with Dr. Shah about bilateral shoulder pain. After reviewing my MRI reports, he suggested that physical therapy would be the best route. I was stunned because I fully expected that he would recommend steroidal injections. Instead, he sent me to a physical therapy group in the same building (sadly, they are no longer there). WOW. The therapist basically had me perform exercises with thick rubber bands; exercises I am well acquainted with from 40+ years of intensive gym work. I just had never used rubber ba... read more

What a wonderful doctor Dr. Shah is. He has a kind, friendly, patient bedside manner. The advice he gave me was very sound and appropriate for the issue I was having. I would highly recommend him. Thanks, Dr. Shah!

I don't understand the negative reviews. I have seen Dr. Shah several times for various age-related hand problems and I was seen in a reasonable amount of time, his staff were professional and he was kind and patient. The treatments were done efficiently and have been very effective.

Dr Shah is a wonderful Dr. He has a kind and funny demeanor and very good about explaining treatment options. I take my elderly friend there regularly and am so impressed with him. In addition, love Jennifer. She is so personable and helps to quell my friends fears of her cortisone shots.

I arrived with complaint of a suspected meniscus issue in my right knee and tendonitis in a finger. I was seen after only the briefest of waits. He injected my finger - almost immediately resolving that issue. In consideration of my personal scheduling challenges, he accommodated me in scheduling knee surgery the following day - again, perfect outcome. Full strength, full range of motion, zero pain and very little swelling as soon as that evening. Dr Shah is my guy for all my further ortho needs.
