Kind staff, super expensive for a public clinic.
Jessica Ellis was super disrespectful and inappropriate. Acted very unbecoming for a woman of her age. An incredibly poor representation of Anchorage and the city's hardworking staff. Would not recommend this facility as their service has gone down exponentially.
Since I've been here in 2004 the service was excellent, i have been trying to book an appointment and i was placed on hold for 30 mins tops and this is not the first time it happen, i like going to this clinic because they have my records but if i keep having to come into the building personally to book an appointment i mind as well find a different clinic where in put on hold for half an hour and i'm not talking to a machine. For the last 4 years service has been going down the toilet excuse my french..
This place is affordable and wonderful, they work with your income to provide affordable health care. Came in here for a few services and was treated with the upmost respect. Knowledgeable friendly staff that truly care.
