My private insurance company processed a claim in 3 hours. I'm on month FIVE with these goobers. They're like a heard of dung beetles pushing around BS. They claim they're waiting for another company...call the other company, only to find out that MASC lied and never contacted anyone. Do some work or get out of business.
Sketchy group. They take claims but spend months getting back to you. Every email is returned with an automatic vacation responder.
Trying to become an electrician, from out of state, left a message was called back and explained the process within an hour or so. Very nice lady, I never asked her name which I now regret, explained to me the exact steps and answered everything I needed. Great service.
