I have been going to Munich since they opened for routine and some less than routine service on my vehicle and I felt compelled to give kudos to a small business that is doing it right. Not only have they always done a fantastic job, they have completed it in a timely manner and I have always thought their prices were more than fair. If you're seeking a reliable shop that delivers on their word head to Munich.
Spent more than $3,500 to fix a problem. Not only did they make multiple recommendations, none of them fixed the problem. Also didn't put enough oil in the car on the oil change and car left me stranded the next day. Upon contact for my money back and to just disappear, I was laughed at and told that I approved the service and good luck to me. Of course I did! They are the expert! I did exactly as recommended. We live in Omaha Ne and prior to heading to AZ, we spoke several times on the phone and coming to verbal agreements over the phone, We flew from Des moines, IA to Vegas,NV then drove to Munich Motors, and Josh greets us and takes me to the truck i have been anxiously waiting to see! OMG BEAUTIFUL! Me, my mother and grandmother had to drive from Phoenix to Omaha, Ne 21hrs. With a 6in lift anf 35 inch tires on a truck it did great thru the mountains and hwy ect.
