My 2007 Mercedes CLS550 had a complicated engine problem. So expensive that I drove it from California to Phoenix for repairs. As an out-of-state walk-in customer I feel I could really have been taken advantage of. Munich Motors honored their original estimate despite unforeseen additional problems and then shipped the car back to California at their expense. I highly recommend Munich Motors for their honesty and dedication to getting the job done right. They are the place to go for reliable repairs.

Bought a BMW 335i here a few years ago within 3 months started having problems left and right, spent more than $7000 total within 2 years. At the beginning, took it in several times for an oil change there because it was cheaper than the dealership they said and realized they were not changing oil filter. Engine light would come on and took it in several times to "fix it" "supposedly" and it was back on few weeks later. My brakes had been squealing really bad so I brought my car in to get it fixed. Of course, I assumed I needed new breaks. Thank goodness the tech was honest with me and it turns out I had plenty of life on my brakes, they just had dust on them which was causing the squealing. It was really reassuring that they were honest with me, because being a “stereotypical female” and not knowing much about cars, they could have rang me up. But they didn’t. Let me start by saying that these guys are not your typical dealership. I showed interest on a car that was extremely hard to find, yet they had it. I submitted my info to have them reach out the next business day. Surprisingly Anthony reached punt within minutes. We went back and forth for about 3 days to set up the deal. After searching the entire country I found a 1 owner B8 RS5 in perfect condition. I put a deposit on it and flew to Phoenix to pick up the car then drove it all the way back to Central, Washington. The buying experience was quick and easy since they knew I was in a hurry to start driving home and the car was as advertised and in great shape. I am very happy with the purchase and the team at Munich. Thanks for the sweet road trip!
