If I can give them a zero I would. They have no idea what customer service is. And i can wholeheartedly say that they definitely don’t prioritize any new patients.

3rd class doctor. Doesn’t know how to talk to patients and clients. He badly needs psychiatric assistance. His license should be revoked. If someone doesn’t complain, he will continue his mistreatment.
