Donna is the most incompetent woman to ever have a job. My family and I have called her over two dozen times, left messages, emailed, and contacted the borough manager several times, and she never got back with us until my father had contacted the manager himself. The unprofessionalism at this office costs people money. She should be removed from her position for total lack of ability to do the bare minimum. Embarrassing and pathetic. My dog could do her job better.
