If you are looking to buy or build in the Lochton community please look at the frequent reviews. What started as a nice community has recently had some major issues. Mungo is not a builder that seems to care about its community or its residents. They have a useless HOA running the place with lots of issues. Buyer beware!!
I purchased a new home from Mungo and had issues with one of the furnaces right away. The HVAC was not installed properly, and there were several issues with it. Mungo has sent the install company (Fogel Services) to fix it 3 times. It has not been fixed. Mungo refuses to send another company out to fix it even though Fogel services clearly is not able to. VP Jim Blakeney also lied regarding what repairs were needed. I discovered this when the HVAC contractor accidentally sent me an email that was intended for Jim.
