Spencer was awesome! best experience I could have asked for when buying a car. however, I just took my car to the body shop to have a rim repaired due to a car wash scraping it. they had my car for 1 week. TELL ME WHY THE RIM IS STILL SCRATCHED?????...!!!!!!! I cant even began to explain how upset I am! it's like the fixed the 2 chips/scratches and added 2 more in the exact same spots. only these look worse!
I loved the customer service. I went for recall repair and left with Free Car Washes for life.
This is the way car buying should be! Spencer was great to deal wth. Very knowledgeable and listened and answered all concerns. I swear I've had more hassles buying groceries than I did buying my new Mirage!! Well worth the 4 hour drive I made to deal with this group of experts.
The guys at Munganast Mitsubishi were great to work with. They were patient in allowing me to take my time in choosing my perfect car and gave me a great deal when the time came that I could not refuse! Spencer, Rick, and Garland were all very helpful and I love my new car!
Great experience! I have been looking for a new Mitsubishi Dealership to handle my 2013 Mitsubishi Lancer GT. When I found out this location opened at Jingle Fest, I got an appointment as soon as I could. Charles Curry was very courteous and took the time to go through the different results of my 27 point inspection. My car is running so much better since my appointment and I will most definitely be back in the future!
