Doesn't issue bills until WAY after the date. Makes things extremely complicated for landlords and tenants. The billing method is just ridiculous
Twice in the last 1.5 months they didn't pick up my trash. They left no notice as to why. My toters were properly placed and spaced apart, as they have been for 8 years. I sent them messages each time via their Contact Us page, but they can't be bothered to respond.
My bill goes from 25$-50$ a month normal average to more than doubling in price for no reason. Have called and complained many times and they cant explain why my bill is 45$ one month and over 125$ the next. Guess utility companies can get away with ripping off their customers!
