We love going here! The kind and professional staff have served our family for years. They have been great with my toddlers, kids, and teenagers as they have grown, and when my teenager was leaving the country (where sugary drinks are prevalent and water is undrinkable) for 2 years without being able to go to the dentist they gave him the best instructions for being able to care for his teeth (including special toothpaste) so that he could return with out having any cavities. Dont go here ever! I have been a patient with this office since they opened their doors in Muncie. I called today to reschedule my appt since something came up at work, the lady at the front desk was rude told me I would be charged a fee for not giving 24 hr notice. When I questioned her about this she stated I would have to call 24hrs from the time my appt was. Really?! Then the office Manager gets on the phone who is Dr Teresa's husband by the way, and tells me I have been a problem for awhile about this and other things. ... read more
