Please do not live here with the new shady management. I was paying rent here at 410 a month in total and was told that the rent was being changed to 415 a month so I thought it was just 5$ more. What they didn't tell us was that it was the base rent was being increased from 315 to 415 a month so they had increased it by 100 dollars without any real notice or full explanation. I don't see why they deserve 100$ more from me when they refuse to do anything about basic upkeep within the park like plowing the roads or fixing the... read more
Was recently purchased by a new company and said new company is shady and will pull every punch they can to get what they want. Raises rent outrageously with the minimum notice. Will give notices on fridays or before a holiday to give residents as little time as possible.
Was a good place to live. No more. Stay away for your own good
They met with us on a Saturday. They're very helpful and responsive. Wonderful experience and I'm looking forward to moving in. Highly recommend.
