Stephanie is great! She really cares about your needs and finding some relief for whatever you are dealing with. I have migraines often and she has been so helpful with identifying problems in my neck and shoulders that are contributing to the headaches.
Stephanie is aMaZiNg!!! I moved away and still try to get in with her when I’m in town!! She helped me navigate a really hard time in my life and I will be forever grateful. Massage can be much more than touch. She’s so intuitive, the physical is so related to the mental it’s unreal.

If you are looking for a true deep tissue massage to not only heal your body but your mind and soul, Stephanie is the only person to see. She has been a total life saver in helping me heal from debilitating shoulder/arm pain from frozen shoulder, and in helping to break up the deep networks of adhesions has prevented me from needing surgery. Not only has she immensely helped my pain and mobility but she has given me hope again.
