Kara is awesome. She took so much time with us while we were looking for a new home. I would definitely recommend her if you need a new home.
The owners of this place refuse to hire maintenance staff so whenever something goes wrong plan on waiting months upon months before it gets taken care of. A tree fell across one of the roads and instead of cleaning it up they just pulled it to the side and left it. The potholes are big enough you will loose the front end if your vehicle if you hit them and they just continue to raise your rent but refuse to put any of that money into repairing the community.

I have lived out here for quite some time now as I own my home and today was the very first time I ever had any interaction with someone who manages the community. Jessica stopped me while I was walking my dog to just introduced herself and let me know that she will be here in the office a couple days a week. It’s not very often these days when people have the time or energy to go out of their way just to talk to someone.
