If I could give 1000 stars I would! From the showings to the numbers Kara made EVERYTHING Smooth, Quick, Accurate &. Comfortable! She came in on her day off to show us a few homes &. We absolutely LOVE!! Really nice mobile home park &. She is the best! Nowadays it’s hard to find people who care! With her help we got everything done in just a few days! That’s good Renting &. Good Landlordship! We are VERY happy with our new Home &. Community! Again ALL thanks to Kara!! I would 100000/100000 recommend to everyone!
We saw two mobile homes today and Kara was so helpful. She was very kind, answered all the questions that we had, and told us about the community. We had a great experience there and hope to be living there soon!
Kara is the absolute best manager we have had out here. She continually puts her own time and effort into this park and it definitely doesn't go unnoticed. Thank you Kara!

Kara is rude and disrespectful to tenants, maintenance is ridiculously slow, you have to ask multiple times for anything to get done even when you have children in your home.
