As a FL native i was very worried about moving up north with my two young sons. However, when we first arrived in May we were met with smiles and kindness and it made the transition feel easier. I love how family oriented everything is and when there’s fun events hosted here kids of all ages are welcomed and made to feel as if we are all family, everyone is incredibly kind. Tony, the maintenance man at the Muncie location has been so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. There were long list of things that needed fixed upon moving in and not only has he not complained once, but has been super transparent and helpful every step of the way. I've just moved in and he's made me feel very welcome and my concerns heard. Definitely the BEST maintenance worker I've encountered. He's been flexible with my schedule and is highly dependable!
