I love munchkins pediatrics. Shawna is one of the BEST pediatricians in Dade City. My kids absolutely love her. She goes through everything in detail, and makes it easy to understand. I was taking my kids to tampa family health centers but once I found munchkins pediatrics I switched immediately. Munchkins pediatrics really helped my children and I was able to get referrals for specialists a lot quicker than I was at tampa family... bless Shawna for helping my family with all their care needs. Also my fault for not realizing the office was closing early after I was scheduled for that day. We love this practice and Dr Shauna and all receptionists, but leaving a 4 star due to communication. They don't answer questions over the phone unless you schedule a telehealth appointment. Alls I wanted to know was is there anything I should be looking out for or concerned about with a sickness my daughter had... but I apparently need a telehealth visit. She's better and cant miss more school for a telehealth visit while she's healthy again. We've also had scheduling confusion that was partly our fault where our appointmen... read more
