Not happy with any of the food order. The ice cream (Chocolate and Buttered Pecan) was freezer burned, the nachos were served with stale chips, the Agua Frescas we ordered (Watermelon and Lime) were bland and watered down. We also ordered a frescanada which seemed more of an ice cream based rather than a shaved ice. First time visiting this place and definitely the last. Sucks to give such a bad review, but for the cost of everything ($24) I was not impressed with this place. #gottadobetterMunchies
We have been coming here since they first started out on NW Military Hwy. But it seems like their customer service is declining. For example, today we ordered a Tostitos preparada but all they gave us was bag of crumpled tostitos chips, a cup of cheese, and mini cup of Valentino. No explanation as to why it wasn’t prepared (hence the name preparada) or anything. They just charged us and that’s it. My husband did not want to make a fuss so he paid and left. Awesome snacks, but the customer service of a young boy was really unacceptable.
I ordered via delivery for 4 items on May 22nd from the Military Highway location. My complaint is about the packaging of 2 out of 4 of my items that were delivered. The manzanas preparadas were sealed in a plastic container which was fine. The corn in a cup and the mangonada were in open containers which really concerned me. Healthy and safety should be at the utmost importance of all businesses right now especially the way food is handled and delivered. The workers are very nice and we appreciate their attention very much.!! We recommend Marcos because he takes his job seriously and explains the menu with detail, we need more workers like him!!
Called to place a curbside order. Customer service was horrible and the guy treated me with zero respect, I figured he was probably having a bad day so I tried to be as nice as I could. When I arrived, I called to let them know I was outside, he told me to come inside and I said I couldn't because I'm a wheelchair user and I didn't take my chair with me since it was a "curbside order".
