Whirlpool authorized repair was sent out to fix my fridge. Parts had to be ordered. After 3 mo the if waiting I started calling for updates. After 5 months ths and zero tire turned calls, I get a hold of higher level supervisor at Whirlpool to find out Muncietown repair never ordered the parts. If he would he returns all calls or checked, I wouldn't still be waiting on my parts. Thus is the worse customer service.
Seemed nice and knowledgeable but then won't ever call back or answer calls for eta on parts or when he would come back
