Mumtaz International is the must go to salon on Cleveland's Eastside. Mumtaz and Dilek are at the top of their game. Dilek is an expert in all aspects of skin care and makeup while Mumtaz is a master of color processing and hair design. True artists who make every client feel special.
All I have to say is that a month rarely goes by without someone stopping me to ask where I get my hair cut. Mumtaz is, without a doubt, the most skilled at cutting and shaping hair I've ever met. Even if I can't get back into the salon for 8 weeks, it grows out beautifully. He's a wonder and I'm grateful for his talent. Dilek, Jacquie and the rest of the crew always make me feel like I'm "coming home".
I love Mumtaz! The salon is really relaxing. The people are lovely. Mumtaz is a genius! They have a nice selection of retail products. So I always find something interesting.
