My husband and I went for the first time yesterday afternoon and we ordered the brisket and ribs. The meat was tender and tasted absolutely delicious. We definitely found a place now, when we pass by Victoria that we will make a regular stop. The service and staff made us feel comfortable and were very friendly.
Ricky Mumphord is the BBQ Master of Victoria, TX. I really enjoyed the all the BBQ, especially the moist and tender pork ribs. Excellent family atmosphere!

Don't let the outward appearance of this establishment deter you from giving it a try. It has the best brisket I have ever had in my mouth. The smoked turkey was pretty fantastic as well. The sweet tea is how tea should be made. Absolutely amazing experience! If ever in Victoria, TX you must plan one of your meals at Mumphord's Place!
