I had a deeply unsatisfactory experience with Mulu Jewelry. Their return policy is restrictive—only allowing exchanges or store credit within 14 days—and this is not communicated upfront. The policy is displayed on a small sign that's not visible from all sides of the kiosk. It is also printed on your receipt but this is not helpful as you have already purchased the item at this point.
