Impossible to get through to speak to an actual human in what would be considered a normal timeframe. After calling multiple times and waiting on hold for about an hour I was greeted by folks either unable or unwilling to help with a simple lab order. Besides this I have had awful experiences with both the dental service (years ago) and the counseling services (recently). If you can afford to avoid this place do it. Over the past couple months I’ve been debating about giving this clinic a 5 star rating because of how well they were treating me. I told myself I’m going to give it sometimes to see if the same treatment continues. I’m glad I waited, because this clinic have been nothing but a disaster lately. Where do I even begin. rate a zero I would. I do not recommend this place. I just called earlier today for a friend who was unable to make calls due to mental health and I am her advocate. The woman I spoke to on the phone could not have been more rude or disrespectful to me. She would not let me find out if the services they offer would be correct for my friend and just said she had to call in. I asked her if she knew anywhere else around town that I could get her bridge medication. She told me to call 211 and the woman hung up on me.

Front office was very nice! Blood draw people were very nice! Im 50 and all requests for mammogram were ignored, doctors are rude, busy, or dont care. Idk which, but awful and waste of time. I never asked for medications this has nothing to do with that, simple basic heart health etc.

Called to schedule an appointment last month and waited on hold for 10 minutes and nobody answered. I gave up. I called again today. Waited 10 minutes again on hold. Nobody answered. Had to schedule on my chart for an appointment. Is there no one there to answer phones? Next time I'll just show up in person
