NEVER would recommend to install. They glued our cabinets shut, When we called. It was our fault for not having the handles on the cabinet. We had to go in person and speak to the owner in order for them to fix it. LOWE'S is were we purchased the countertops but they sub out there work. They had to send there top person out, the first workers didn't know anything about installation one was studying to be a doctor, one was just there to help and the one in charge didn't watch over them. I don't post reviews often, but felt compelled. I went through Lowe's for a kitchen remodel which was ok but definitely some repeated aggravation, not the best experience, but not the worst. Dealing with Multistone was the bright spot. Despite some poor reviews my experience was A1. Joan in the office had great communication, I never had to track anyone down to get updates. Multi Stone was recommended by a good friend who had ordered hers from Home Depot. We went to them direct and are quite pleased with the results. We needed 4 countertops total. Joy was our liason and did a great job from start to finish. We got beautiful granite tops and a decent delivery time. The measuring was done by Mike and he did an accurate job. The installers were professional and got the whole thing done in about 2 1/2 hours. That was including the cleanup as they had to cut the top to mount the above counter sink. ... read more
I was super bummed by the customer service. I ordered a countertop through Lowe's and MultiStone was the supplier. Joan my Customer Service rep at MultiStone was a delight; polite and professional. But her supervisor told her to tell me that I was "not allowed" to come into the shop to look at the sample of the stone I purchased even though at this point I was dealing solely with them.
