I work for a large general contracting company and we use Coastal Custom services for all of our granite, quartz and any product we may need for tops. They have a wide selection for vanities, kitchens, islands or any other places that may need a top. Annette and Dirk (owners) are truly dedicated and knowledgeable of their craft. Kevin and the other two guys did a fantastic job, I was worried since all the reviews I read were not good. We went through Home Depot, which they contracted out, which is fine, Kevin and the guys were way early when appointment time was told between 10am-1pm. Here at 830am. Thank you for the fantastic job on my beautiful counters.
NEVER would recommend to install. They glued our cabinets shut, When we called. It was our fault for not having the handles on the cabinet. We had to go in person and speak to the owner in order for them to fix it. LOWE'S is were we purchased the countertops but they sub out there work. They had to send there top person out, the first workers didn't know anything about installation one was studying to be a doctor, one was just there to help and the one in charge didn't watch over them. I don't post reviews often, but felt compelled. I went through Lowe's for a kitchen remodel which was ok but definitely some repeated aggravation, not the best experience, but not the worst. Dealing with Multistone was the bright spot. Despite some poor reviews my experience was A1. Joan in the office had great communication, I never had to track anyone down to get updates. Multi Stone was recommended by a good friend who had ordered hers from Home Depot. We went to them direct and are quite pleased with the results. We needed 4 countertops total. Joy was our liason and did a great job from start to finish. We got beautiful granite tops and a decent delivery time. The measuring was done by Mike and he did an accurate job. The installers were professional and got the whole thing done in about 2 1/2 hours. That was including the cleanup as they had to cut the top to mount the above counter sink. ... read more
