Went through Home Depot’s service and Coastal was assigned. Initially I was told that the whole process takes 4-6 weeks from measurement to install. I’m currently sitting right about 8 weeks and my install date is three weeks out still. Lauren works in customer service. I’ve called to try and get updates probably 6-7 times and the standard response is, “I will find out and get back to you.” Nobody from Coastal will return my call now. GET IT IN WRITING AND KEEP EVERYTHING!! Many template mistakes. My sink was cut in wrong. They tried to blame us but we kept EVERYTHING that came with our sink. Finally fixed it after giving us the run around. Lied about paying my plumber to disconnect and reconnect plumbing even though I had it in writing that they would. Why else would MY plumber get involved for them to remove my new countertop to fix their mistake. Thank goodness Home Depot is honest because they immediately stepped in and made it right. just wanted to take a minute to thank the folks at Coastal Custom Services for the great job they did on our counter install! We had purchased our cabinets and quartz countertops through Home Depot and when I got the call from Coastal saying they were doing the install I couldn't have been happier! they had done some work for us in a bathroom a couple of years ago and also had done a great job on that. Crew was on time and efficient. Right at 4 hours for complete kitchen countertop and undermount sink install. Cleaned up the work area nicely - no complaints at all.
