THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PATIENT CARE IS AS POOR AS ALL OF THE COUNTLESS NEGATIVE REVIEWS STATE. I ADORE MY PSYCHIATRIST AND THE MEDICAL PROVIDERS THEMSELVES BUT THE PATIENT CARE WHEN IT COMES TO RESPONSES, SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS, FRAUDULENT BILLING, CUSTOMER CARE IS ATROCIOUS.
Psychiatrist left the practice and no one said anything. Went to refill my medicine and now I'm being told no and the soonest available appt is in June .... It's May. Guess I'm going without yet again. Medical community failing me over and over and over again. This is my sign to give up, so thanks for that. Sick of trying.
Took 3 weeks and sending 4 referrals just to find out they aren’t taking new ADHD patients. this by itself wouldn’t be so bad, except every time I called scheduling it was a nightmare. Is sounding dry and disinterested and annoyed part of UT southwestern’s job application? I just needed to do a whole new intake (because I noticed that my ADHD meds were not helping certain symptoms) but they made it so difficult apparently for no reason as they could have mentioned that at the first referral! Stay away! This department expects respect while giving none to their patients. They HAVE released my sensitive medical information against 42CFR part 2 without hesitation. They misdiagnose and take no responsibility. If you are in AA or NA BEWARE. They will ruin your career without concern nor care. Dr. Vas and Dr. Wakhlu push medication which they profit from directly. BEWARE
