Really good fast service and knowledgeable. Took my surface laptop with screen issue and the guy diagnosed and fixed the issue in 15 minutes. Don’t waste your time and money going to best buy or staples to fix, just take it to this place and Ian sure he can fix it quickly with reasonable price. I was really happy with the service.
He fixed my damaged samsung tablet charging port when no one in Pacific Mall could. It was a reasonable price also. He fixed my Windows laptop in the past - quick and reasonable priced also.
It was alright not the best results I’ve gotten. The staff over there did answer my questions, and concerns I had with my phone. Didn’t get it fixed but they were helpful and gave me options.
