Eddy and the team check out and clear the roofs on all my rental properties! They are awesome and send me pics every year! Super appreciate these guys and just nice to have them do the same thing every year on autopilot!
UPDATE!!! May 2025. We've had Multiman Services out again to wash our house. He and Gabe are so good and the house always looks brilliantly clean. They are so careful with the house - I feel like they treat it like their own home. In addition, we had the RoofMaxx coating done on our roof. All-in-all the service and price were fair but I had issues with communication. I needed the fascia & gutters replaced on my garage and I was told on multiple occasions that I would be contacted regarding the installation date of my gutters but I never received that call. I was not informed that multiman services would employ a separate contractor to install the gutters as multiman came and did the fascia themselves. He provided a detailed and easy-to-understand quote with several options and helpful variations.
