Loretta is very short with her responses and very rude, where as I’ve been waiting on a response from Adrian well over 30 days Update: Not sure who they person is responding but no my issue has not been corrected is had now been 8 months and you all are the ones who are sending the emails so I’m not sure how a third party could be responsible. ADRIAN SO UNPROFESSIONAL and rude . I think these reviews are being paid for it’s no way . I called him with an issue I had . I am still waiting on a response. Keep leaving voicemails . It’s like once they get your money it’s forget you .
If I had a chance to rate a negative number I WOULD! Worse management company ever from the “OWNER” Adrian down to the maintenance guy Gerald! Worse company to ever deal with! I resided at a complex of theirs for almost two years with ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS until THIS management company took over. I have Had NOTHING but problems with this company from DAY ONE.
