Every nurse joked around that it “must be such a break” when they found out I had 3 little ones at home but honestly I spent every second wishing and praying to get back home to them. Being told “we got your CT results but we need a second surgeons opinions” when you’ve never even had stitches is one of the scariest feelings. RecommendedHands down the best hospital I've been in. Should you have the misfortune of needing the ICU, take comfort in the fact that you are in the best of hands. Patti, Harmony, and Kristen, you are amazing.
Waiting times in the ER last three visits were 4-6 hours. Staff is helpful and friendly, but it's your basic, run of the mill, crowded, healthcare carousel. If you have an urgent emergency, be prepared to get in line and wait. A long time. Would not go back there after my last experience with my wife. Went to another local hospital and it was like night and day.
