Waited months for my appointment, they called me 13 days before my appointment to tell me that the doctor thinks I need a nerve study before I see them... I was referred by an ER doctor and the fact they tell me this now ! When I could have made an appointment with the nerve study before this one .. now I have to wait till June for my nerve study to wait probably another 4 months if I need to go to neurology! This is awful! And a terrible way to treat people. You delay care, and play with people's life's . I would love a cal... read more

Dr. Chen was an absolute pleasure to be referred to. My partner has a long standing chronic injury and had little to no help/follow up in the past. We were referred to MultiCare Neuro after a neurologic scare that sent us to Urgent Care and I couldn't be happier with her astuteness, professionalism, and clinical reasoning behind everything she recommended.
