Deaconess/MultiCare Audiology is located here. Everyone is wonderful, kind, compassionate, extremely professional and knowledgeable, respectful and responsive to each individual and their hearing issues and needs.
My father was admitted with dementia, and it appears that his wallet—containing a significant amount of cash—was removed without authorization. We have repeatedly contacted facility administrators, security personnel, and the Spokane Police Department; however, we have yet to receive a response regarding its location. Only word to describe the building is ghetto. Dirty, entire floors of public restrooms boarded off, forcing people to go to different floors just to use one. Anesthesia staff are arrogant, dismissive and disregard critical safety information presented, instead relying on falsified electronic records. Cookie cutter medicine practiced, so if you have critical, life threatening allergies they will stonewall you and when you push for your safety, tell you to go somewhere else. Had our baby here. Care was fantastic from all providers. We want to give a special shot out to the nurse Kayla on the postpartum floor night shift. She was a literal angel and went above and beyond in all facets of care. Also another special shoutout to the nurse Linda during the days. Thank you both so much for the care you provided to momma and baby boy!
I am 4 days postpartum from having my daughter September 2nd. I went in August 31st to get induced at 8 p.m. there was a process we had to take to actually induce me physically. The pain I felt for atleast a day before I was induced is crazy. The nurses were so attentive, so helpful, reassuring, and overall extremely supportive. What I wanted for labor and delivery was followed by my nurses. They gave me advice along with options, but ultimately what I wanted for my labor, they let be my own choice.
