I waited over a month to get scheduled with Dr. Mallory and the day of my appointment I get a call saying they had to cancel because of this irresponsible doctor and they wanna schedule me out a whole month later after I just waited over a month for this appointment. I am in pain and have been in pain this whole time and I have been out of work because I am barely able to walk and was looking forward to seeing the specialist so something could be done. This is just very ridiculous!!!!! Terrible office , do not go here !!!
made my appts. to the gig harbor office, went four times couldn't see any one but the nurse, all she wanted to do was cut my toe nails, told her about pain in my feet she said she will order insoles not knowing any thing about my feet other than how to cut toe nails. got some insoles had to send them back total wrong item.Sent them back needed full insoles not half size. still without seeing a doctor, went to see a real doctor about my feet he told me quit wearing insoles took them had them fixed . Dr. Webb has been amazing in his care for me since the end of June. I look forward to working with him for the best foot care I can have.
What a great experience! The front office ladies were very friendly. Dr Webb was very prompt, and straightforward. He explained my condition to me in a manner I really appreciated. 5 stars!
I've been reading the reviews and it's disappointing to me bc I haven't had the best experience. I've been dealing with my pain for over a yr and when I was referred to Dr Webb, made the appt almost 2 months later and someone in his staff Cancelled my appt without telling me and so when I called the day of my appt I was told it was the wrong slot and so I had to reschedule another month in half later.
