made my appts. to the gig harbor office, went four times couldn't see any one but the nurse, all she wanted to do was cut my toe nails, told her about pain in my feet she said she will order insoles not knowing any thing about my feet other than how to cut toe nails. got some insoles had to send them back total wrong item.Sent them back needed full insoles not half size. still without seeing a doctor, went to see a real doctor about my feet he told me quit wearing insoles took them had them fixed . Dr. Webb has been amazing in his care for me since the end of June. I look forward to working with him for the best foot care I can have.
What a great experience! The front office ladies were very friendly. Dr Webb was very prompt, and straightforward. He explained my condition to me in a manner I really appreciated. 5 stars!
I've been reading the reviews and it's disappointing to me bc I haven't had the best experience. I've been dealing with my pain for over a yr and when I was referred to Dr Webb, made the appt almost 2 months later and someone in his staff Cancelled my appt without telling me and so when I called the day of my appt I was told it was the wrong slot and so I had to reschedule another month in half later. The front desk is exceptionally horrific. The "scheduler" Miranda is remarkably unqualified- and frankly I would be worried that she has access to ANY medical information. Here's how a recent conversation went: Me: "Hello" Miranda: "Are you Steve" "Who is this?" "Um I need your form." "Who are you?" "I'm from medical doctor. We need your..."
