Efficient and effective staff.
The doctor did not listen to me about my pain. He didn’t ask what hurt, but touched my toes and marked in chart notes that he found no discomfort. If he had looked at both feet, the problem area would have been evident. When he came into the exam room, he put a shoe on the counter. He had made a diagnosis before coming in to see me. I assume it was based upon the MRI results. I have been in pain for nearly 9 months and it’s limiting my life activities. Nobody should have to go through this!
The staff at Multicare Orthopedic and Sports Medicine are great. Sonja Brandstrom has shown compassion and concern for my case and I appreciate that very much.
