Went looking for a new dentist, and found Northwest Dental. Best decision ever. Crystal on the front desk greeted me with a smile, had the nicest, helpful attitude I've ever run into at a dental office. Dr. Riley saw me on an emergency basis, and made the experience most pleasant. I think I'm going to like it here !
I went in for a 6-month cleaning, and as always, the team at NWDM made the experience as quick, painless, and efficient as possible. I always feel like they are taking good care of my dental health in a conscientious and professional manner. I also like that they laugh at my dumb jokes! ;-)
I so enjoy coming into this dental office..Everyone is so very friendly and caring. I would definetly refer others. Thanks for always making my experience so enjoyable.
One of my crowns came out on a Wednesday evening. Thursday morning, I called Smiles but they were closed. Early Friday morning, the office contacted me and asked me to come in at 1:00. I was very concerned that I might have to spend the weekend with a loose crown...but thanks to Smiles, that didn't happen! Thank you Smiles!

I just left Northwest Dental Medicine and wanted to write a review as this is the first time in my 65 years I have gone to have a cleaning and had such a pleasant experience. From Meggy at the desk to Myra the hygienist who was so compassionate and gentle right on to Dr, Riley and her exam and telling me what needed to be done I AM VERY HAPPY with this visit. Dr Riley always goes above and beyond and really makes you comfortable and does exceptional work. The office staff and assistants are all great and very professional. I cannot imagine going to any other dentist. Highly recommend Northwest Dental Medicine.

I found through my exam that I had a cavity in one of my teeth. I was hoping it wasn't true, but Dr. Riley showed me exactly where it was on my x-ray. I was hoping it was just a sensitive tooth. No denying it.....it was there, clear as day. Just for fun, I timed Dr. Riley! From when I sat back for her to numb me up to her being all done.....8 minutes! Talk about speedy service! Not only was she fast, I am no longer sensitive in that tooth! What a great experience. I love NWDM!
