Service was quick and swift. The nurses was delightful, on the other Hand the Doctor had a pissy attitude. They were close to closing but still customer service was missing.
I was treated fast and with courtesy staff was friendly and helpful.
Multicare Lakewood Urgent Care is amazing! Yea there's a wait time, but that's expected. The doctors and nurses are very caring and extremely kind. They actually take the time to listen to you, rather than just sweeping symptoms under the rug, and then rushing you out the door. I'd honestly rather visit them than my own primary physician....keep up the good work guys!
Long wait times when busy unless your in serious need like a laceration. Doctors and nurses and reception staff are friendly, caring, prompt, knowledgeable and act in a professional manner. I always call ahead to ask how long wait times are and talk to nurse to triage and find out if they are able to help or if they think I should go to hospital. A+++!
