I went a week over without my medicine because I requested a refill of my medication about 2 weeks in advance and they never responded to it. I had to call a few days just to get a response. They also refused to give me a 90d supply through my Mail order pharmacy and on top of that only gave me 30d refill with 0 refills. HOLY MOLY! I've never had an experience quite like the one I have had with Karina Williams. She is truly the most unpleasant and unprofessional doctors I have ever come across. Zero bed side manner and belittling to say the least. I would not recommend her to anyone I liked...
I phoned and was "randomly selected to offer feedback," but had already ended the call before I remembered. I got a live person almost immediately who answered all my questions and was very helpful.
Dr. Stearman is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had! She takes her time with you and doesn’t rush you. Makes you feel truly cared about and not just another patient. Absolutely amazing healthcare and she is extremely knowledgeable. If she doesn’t know something she will go out of her way to figure it out. Lots of big hearts in this clinic as well. They are strict with their check in time policy but that’s a very good thing!
