I made an appointment so I didn't have to wait at all. The medical assistant was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. The provider, Joseph Bailey, was very thorough and professional. He was also very personable and took his time. It's a great place!

Scheduling urgent care appointment was very easy online, saved me 4 hour wait onsite in person. Nurse practitioner was very nice, Caring & helpful. Was in for hip pain after fall. Clinic does X-rays onsite but not for hips. Given referral slip to schedule hip X-ray. Called # given at clinic & told hip X-rays are not scheduled in advance and walk in appointments only. Flyer card says open Mon-Fri 7am -6pm. Also given closes cray clinic if Kent: 219 St Ave. xray machines down at Kent today. Drove to next clinic in Covington an... read more
Staff was friendly and efficient, I was walking for urgent care and was seeing very quickly and received quality care.
