Indigo has always been a great experience. Helpful nurses & dr. Modern facilities.
Great customer care nice facility. I got in and out with a thorough appt on a Sunday night in less than an hour. I couldn’t recommend it enough. Nice stress free care. Everything was done so efficiently and was given a report at the end as a summery - even approximate cost range on the RXs I needed. Very friendly staff the whole thing felt very VIP honestly. Thank you all

Absolutely disgusted with how unprofessional and rude these people are at the Federal Way Indigo Clinic. Uncompassionate and will lie to you about their process if they don't know what they are doing. I originally took my three year old son to UW urgent care in Federal Way and they let me know the wait would be two (2) hours. My mom and I called the Indigo urgent care just across the street and their receptionist said they could get my son in within 30 minutes. We told the r...Continue Reading

New years eve we arrived at the Federal Way location at 1pm. My wife was taken back for vitals at 2:45. There is only one physician's assistant on duty today. She didn't even come into the room until 3:30p.m. What a joke. The front office staff was friendly, but what really is needed is a couple doctors on a busy day. 4 hours later xray results are back. Looking for other options for health care. Get it together Multicare.
In the chaos of having sick kids and being sick myself we somehow lost the two antibiotic prescriptions we filled yesterday. I called Indigo asking them to call the prescriptions in again (knowing of course I would have to pay out-of-pocket for them) but Indigo refused to call in the prescriptions stating first we would first have to be seen by them again.
