Just wanted to say THANK YOU to everyone from the Emergency Department - CCU - and 6 Dalley for all of the wonderful care that I received from Jan 6th 2014 - Jan 17th,2014.
I've always been taken good care of here. It's the only hospital I've stayed in that actually comes to check how ur doing or ask if you need anything before I push the button to call for anyone. They are very nice. I was impressed!!
As my mother and I are in the cafeteria trying to pay for our breakfast, my card doesn't go through and honestly there's money in the card. So I ask the cashier if there was an ATM around so I can draw out the money. I come back ready to pay and our food was already paid. To whom ever that African-American gentleman was two persons behind us, thank you deeply. I had a Grandson born here on Thursday, December 29, not impressed at all. Very upset at how things went!!!
This hospital is horrible. Rude doctors and nurses. Very pushy. They need to learn customers service and how to actually lidten.
Great place to work.
Rude nursing staff. No bedside manner. My daughter was in labor for 52 hours followed by an emergency c section. Only 3 nurses were pleasant. The rest could care less. Would not recommend this place to anyone. What a shame.
