The facility itself is fine but the administration and staff itself are clearly below par. My wife just endured a week long stay and had the suffer the staff's mediocre performance and the general incompetence of the doctor's they utilize. This hospital is the only one in Puyallup and serves mostly the middle to lower classes plus the people who are prisoners in the local jails. (It was the first time I saw patients in Orange suits accompanied by armed police offices) Theie emergency service is adequate but once you get tran... read more

RecommendedNurses were very attentive and friendly. Great service overall. it was the best choice for delivering my son, couldn't have asked for a better experience.
RecommendedI had some amazing people care for me at cap med...I could give you a list of employees that didn't treat me Well but instead I want to thank Vanessa in the ER, Cassie my overnight RN,and Andrew in janitorial for making one of the worst days of my life comfortable and treating me like a human!!!
