I called to contact my mother in the ICU and was on hold for 10 minutes only to be cut off without even speaking to 1 person. VERY Unprofessional.

RecommendedMy mother went to Providence and they dropped the ball, left her in a hall half nude for 2 hours after taking an xray. They found she had a fractured hip that was aggravated by arthritis, they gave her a shot and made her walk to the car herself... they wouldn't even help her into the vehicle 'because that's how people fall'... She's now at Capital, they are treating her, discovered she also had a white blood cell count of 1900 and an infection... Thank you Capital for your care and professionalism.
DO NOT SEND YOUR KEN HERE . My brother was transferred with no knowledge to us to a nursing home without our approval . We have yet to hear from the discharge department , they released medical information to non family members . They did not turn my brother or do PT as stroke patients are in need for. This hospital was dirty an the entire ICU STAFF IS A JOKE
Recommendedhave taken my Babygirl to Dr Morton since she was 6 months old, we have been together since she was 3 days old, he has been able to diagnose allher ailments, if not would recommend who more than likely could, at 18 he usually let his peds go but has kept her to finish the treatment of the things that are on going with her, I truly hope he is able to keep practicing until he finds the root of her ailments
