I came to Good Sam in pain from an abscess. From the moment I came up to reception until the time I left, I felt cared for and that I was in good, capable and empathic hands. I needed the abscess drained in the ER, and before I knew it, I was prepped and ready for sedation. Each step was explained thoroughly by the caregivers, and they made sure I understood the reason for what they were doing. The next thing I knew, I was waking up and the pain was gone. This hospital was exceptional they took care of me from the minute I got there to the moment I was discharged. The staff whether it was nursing ,kitchen staff ,housekeeping staff it didn't matter they were remarkable very professional and very caring. I felt like I was not just a patient but a person. Thank you for the excellent care you gave me. Theresa M.

Good Sam hospital is very disorganized! Poor service! I would not return except this was an LnI branch block and Dr does procedures there! Kaiser Permanente Urgent Care is much better!

Only thing is I was there for like 9 hours to find out I have a kidney infection. I would have thought I would have been a quick turnaround, being they got a urine sample and blood sample way before I got into a room. I know an i.v. takes a few with antibiotics. But didn't even use half a bag of solution. But like I said. Great team. I probably shouldn't be complaining.... read more

While 8 hours in the ER was a bit excessive, the wonderful bedside manner of our Ped's nurses more than made up for it. Amber, our nurse when we arrived was outstanding and stayed longer than necessary to make certain we were settled in and comfortable for the night. Katherine, our overnight nurse had an amazing bedside manner and was SO good with Sadie. Barbara our morning nurse was wonderfully kind and patient when dealing with our lil spitfire when she was back to normal. I would say, other than being forgotten in the ER ... read more
